By accessing our website or booking any service from Kanzal Najam Technical Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable UAE laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services.

Kanzal Najam Technical Services LLC provides AC repair, installation, maintenance, duct cleaning, and related technical services in Dubai and the wider UAE.

• All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service booking at our discretion.

• Service estimates provided are indicative. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment.

• We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our technicians.

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

• A confirmed booking is subject to technician availability in your area.

• We will notify you of any changes to your appointment as soon as possible.

• Please ensure an adult (18+) is present at the property during the service.

• We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of emergency or force majeure.

• You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of AED 50.

• No-shows (customer not available at the scheduled time) will be treated as a late cancellation.

• Emergency cancellations due to genuine circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

• For annual maintenance contracts, payment terms are outlined in the individual contract.

• Any additional work identified on-site will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.

• All repair work carried out by our technicians is covered by a 1-month workmanship warranty.

• Spare parts and components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

• The warranty is void if the equipment is tampered with, misused, or serviced by a third party after our work.

• New AC installations include a 1-month installation workmanship warranty.

• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and are subject to inspection.

To ensure a safe and effective service, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the equipment and any existing faults

• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the AC units and electrical panels

• Inform our technicians of any known hazards at the property

• Not interfere with or redirect the work of our technicians

• Ensure pets are secured during the service visit

Kanzal Najam Technical Services LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services

• Damage caused by pre-existing faults, faulty equipment, or third-party modifications

• Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, supply shortages)

• Loss of data, income, or profits arising from any service disruption

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Kanzal Najam Technical Services LLC and is protected by UAE copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
